ArcGIS Notebook Server 10.9.1 offers new enhancements, tools, and bug fixes. Notable new developments are described below.
New at 10.9.1
Webhooks
Webhooks in ArcGIS Enterprise now support executing a notebook when triggered. Administrators can now register webhooks in Portal for ArcGIS to monitor various events associated with portal items, users, or groups, as well as automatically run a notebook in ArcGIS Notebook Server when a specified event occurs.

Publish notebooks as web tools
Administrators and notebook authors with publish web tools privileges can now publish notebooks as web tools. ArcGIS Notebooks now allows you to register input and output parameters and publish notebooks as web tools. Published web tools can be consumed from web apps as asynchronous geoprocessing services. Users must have notebook privileges, as well as any privileges required to for the notebook to run. For more information, see the Publish a notebook as a web tool topic.
New Esri sample notebooks
A new set of Esri sample notebooks has been introduced in 10.9.1:

System requirements
With the addition of support for running notebooks via webhooks and web tools, the minimum RAM required for ArcGIS Notebook Server has increased from 8 GB to 16 GB.
Windows Server 2022 is now a supported operating system for ArcGIS Notebook Server.
ArcGIS Notebook Server requires Docker Desktop for Windows (version 3.0.0 or later).
